Raymond Brown Waste Solutions is a leading recycling and waste management business. To ensure that they maintain their exceptional service they are currently seeking an additional Customer Service Advisor at their Barton Stacey office near Andover.

The Customer Service Advisor’s primary role will be to manage customer enquiries via telephone or email and to ensure customers feel valued, that their business is retained and are provided with exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities:

 Answering telephone calls and responding to emails from customers whilst communicating in a professional manner to ensure a high level of customer service is delivered at all times.
 Ensuring calls are answered in a timely manner to meet call answering targets.
 Adding customer orders and details onto the system accurately.
 Advising on special promotions and product information.
 Deal with customer concerns professionally, following the agreed process

 Have experience in delivering amazing customer service
 Are comfortable in talking to people over the phone, with the ability to easily build rapport with customers
 Have strong active listening skills
 Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
 Are motivated to achieve positive results
 Have experience and are comfortable with using a PC and computer systems
